Kids Can Play "KCP" Private Resort House Rules

To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we ask everyone to please follow these house rules during your stay. 

 

 

🕒 Check-In / Check-Out

  1. Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
    Check‑out Times:
    • Overnight Stay: 11:00 AM
    • Day Tour: 10:00 PM
  2. Early check-in / Late check-out is available subject to availability and must be arranged with resort staff. Extension fees may apply.

 

 

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guests, Visitors & Payments

  1. All guests and visitors(adults + kids above 3 feet) must be declared upon reservation and check-in.
  2. Extra pax charges:
    • ₱500 per pax – Overnight Stay
    • ₱200 per pax – Day Tour
    • Day visitors over 10 pax will be charged the event rate.
  3. Day visitors may remain only until 10:00 PM. After this time, overnight charges will apply.
  4. Full payment is required upon arrival/check-in.
  5. A refundable security deposit of ₱1,000 is collected to cover potential damages, lost items, or extra usage.
  6. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or loss of resort property, including appliances, furniture, linens, or inflatables. Appropriate charges will be applied.

 

 

🧼 Cleanliness & Safety

  1. Smoking is prohibited inside villas or rooms. A designated smoking area is available.
  2. Strictly prohibited items: Firecrackers, LPG tanks, Firearms, Illegal substances
  3. Pets are allowed outdoors only, and must be on a leash or in a cage.
    • ₱500 cleaning fee +
    • ₱1,000 refundable pet deposit is required.
  1. No sharp/pointed objects near inflatables. Guests must inspect before use. Damaged inflatables will be charged.
  2. Children must be supervised by an adult when swimming.
  3. The pool undergoes cleaning and disinfection every morning, midday, and midnight.
  4. Noise policy: No videoke, loud speakers, or disruptive devices after 10:00 PM, in accordance with Municipal Ordinance.

 

 

🚗 Vehicles & Security

  1. Guests are responsible for securing their vehicles and personal belongings.
    The resort is not liable for any losses or damages.

 

 

⚠️ Safety & Liability

  1. Guests use the resort facilities at their own risk. The resort is not liablefor accidents, injuries, or property loss.
  2. First Aid is available for minor injuries or health concerns.
  3. The resort reserves the right to deny entry or evict guests who violate rules or disturb others.
  4. All guests must agree to the “Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form.”
